Birch Hollow Estates is located within the beautiful Pocono Mountains in Monroe County, Pennsylvania. This picturesque community has 369 lots, a community clubhouse, playground, and an indoor, in-ground swimming pool.

Birch Hollow residents, please join us on the 2nd Wednesday of every other month at the clubhouse for our board meetings. Stay up to date on what's happening, add input, or volunteer in your community!

Our next community meeting will be held on Wednesday November 12th, 2025 at 7:30pm

A friendly reminder, when you purchase a home in Birch Hollow Estates, you automatically become a member of the BHE Property Owners Association and with that comes bi-laws, covenants, and community shared amenities.

All units in the community shall be used for single family residential purposes only.

Airbnbs and short term rentals are not permitted.
