Birch Hollow Estates is located within the beautiful Pocono Mountains in Monroe County, Pennsylvania. This picturesque community has 369 lots, a community clubhouse, playground, and an indoor, in-ground swimming pool.

Summer Pool Hours
Memorial Day Weekend 5/24-5/26:

Opened Daily Beginning Saturday 5/31: 12:30pm-7:30pm

Adult Only Swim Hours: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays: 8:30am-12:00pm

Important Pool Information
-Please click here to review our pool rules and regulations.
-Badges are required to be worn anytime you are on clubhouse property.
-There are no alcoholic beverages permitted on BHE clubhouse property.
-There will be lifeguard days, and swim at your own risk days. We require you to remain in the pool area anytime there are children with you swimming.
-Please be respectful to each other. Cursing, shouting, threatening language and/or other disrespectful actions will NOT be tolerated and could result in disciplinary actions.
-No loud music allowed, please keep the volume down.
-No glass allowed in the pool area. This includes googles with glass.
-Please do not distract staff who are on duty. The pool can be very dangerous and staff are here to keep you and your family safe.

Office Hours
Tuesday and Wednesdays: 8am-12pm, then 3pm-6pm
Thursdays: 8am-12pm

ADDITIONAL HOURS FOR POOL BADGE UPDATING
You may stop in during these hours to update your pool badges and/or make an assessment payment.

Friday 5/23 and Saturday 5/24: 8am-11am
Birch Hollow residents, please join us on the 2nd Wednesday of every other month at the clubhouse for our board meetings. Stay up to date on what's happening, add input, or volunteer in your community!

Our next community meeting will be held on Wednesday July 9th, 2025 at 7:30pm
The meeting will be held at the clubhouse (145 Jay Rd)

A message from our Covenants Committee:
​A friendly reminder, when you purchase a home in Birch Hollow Estates, you automatically become a member of the BHE Property Owners Association and with that comes bi-laws, covenants, and community shared amenities.
All units in the community shall be used for single family residential purposes only.​

Airbnbs and short term rentals are not permitted.
