Birch Hollow Estates is located within the beautiful Pocono Mountains in Monroe County, Pennsylvania. This picturesque community has approximately 369 lots, a clubhouse, playground, and an indoor, in-ground swimming pool.
Temporary Business Hours Adjustment
Our Business Manager's hours will be temporarily adjusted during the new Assessment Cycle and tax season until April 15, 2025. The new hours are as follows: Monday 8-12, 3-6; Wednesday 8-12, 3-6; Friday 8-12. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this period.

We are thrilled to introduce our two new board members, Greg Peters and Marcial Quiñones. Their expertise will greatly benefit our community and together, the board looks forward to a great year for all of our residents. Join us in welcoming them aboard!
